Our Process

While many resume services work with you strictly over email, we want to talk to you to get as much information about you as possible to understand your objective and to allow us to get to know your strengths and skills. We simply don’t feel that we can do the best job without communicating with you, and getting to know you.
If you have a past resume, we will ask you for a copy, and, if necessary, will also ask you to fill out a resume worksheet that will cover your career goals, experiences, and skills. After we have reviewed this material, we will call you to conduct a personal phone consultation to clarify the information and ensure that we are on the same page and know how best to position your skills.
We will then prepare a draft resume for your review – typically within 1-2 business days. If you need a resume faster than this, ask about our rush services.
