Who is Coach Samer

Samer is an Expert HR professional with 21 years of continuous work experience coached and advised business managers and senior leaders in the areas of change management, Organization Design, Workforce planning, Recruitment, Budgeting, HRIS, Employee Relations and Project Management.

Samer completed his Master Degree in HR and Training from Leicester University and accredited as associate CIPD CHRP UK- Certified HRM.

Samer believes in continues volunteering to support the society and return a part of his gained expertise. Enjoys traveling and has been fortunate to work in over 19 countries to date. Samer is keen to further develop his career in the field of HR Management, Administration and Strategic Business Development.

Our brand was crafted using three primary colors that reflect our values: Red represents Confidence, Orange represents Dedication, and Black signifies Knowledge. At Career Leap, we delve deeper into what you feel rather than what you see. Thus, we focus on body language, emotional intelligence, and subliminal messages. Upon closer inspection of our logo, you will notice the Peace symbol subtly embedded as a watermark. This symbol reflects the liberating power our clients experience through benefiting from our services. As a Canadian brand our logo is inspired by the maple leaf representing unity, strength, and natural beauty.
